You can place your order using several different methods:

Order Online

Ordering online using a credit card is the easiest and quickest method to order our products.

Order by Phone

To place an order by phone (510- 329 9149), please have the catalog number, size, quantity, shipping address, and payment information ready.

Order by Email or Phone.

If you have a line of credit with us, you can place your order using a PO (purchase order). To establish a line of credit, you need to complete credit application form.

When you have your PO ready, email it to us at sales@fluoryx.com or fax it to 510-686-8799. Please make sure your purchase order includes the catalog number, size, quantity, and shipping address.

Regardless of the order method, our friendly and knowledgeable staffs are ready to help you.

Note: A surcharge of $25 will be added to orders under $100.

All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. These changes will be submitted to the customer for confirmation. In addition, Fluoryx Lab reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in quotes or invoices. Nevada state sales tax will be added to orders within Nevada.

All sales for DG items are final. Full or partial refund will be issued only if Fluoryx, Inc. cannot deliver the item(s) due to availability.

In the event that you need to return your non DG order to Fluoryx Lab, please call Customer Service for return instructions. Returns is subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $20.

Notification of queries and/or complaints must be made to Fluoryx Lab verbally or in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Final disposition of returned goods will be made only after receipt and inspection of goods.

Some materials cannot be returned including: custom or special order materials, leaking or damaged chemicals, items with missing or obliterated labels, opened materials.

Credit cards can be accepted on the website or over the phone for order less than USD $500. We can also send you an electronic invoice where you will be able to pay with your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

For purchase orders, all approved accounts are net cash 30 days.  Please request a credit application to set up an account.  A 5% penalty will be applied after no payment for 30 days and each 30 days after that.

For all international orders, payment needs to be received prior shipment.

We use FedEx exclusively for our shipping.  We will use FedEx Ground for domestic orders unless otherwise requested.

Fluoryx Lab complies with all Domestic and International regulations (IATA, IMDG, DOT), pertaining to the safe shipping of dangerous goods (DG) by air, ground or sea. UN numbers have been assigned to all hazardous materials (see section 172.101 of CFR49 regulations) and are listed in Section 14 (Transportation Information) of the MSDS. There are items that are not permitted to ship by air (mainly toxic chemicals and inhalation hazards) and our Customer Service Representative will advise you if this is the case in regard to a particular product.

For hazardous item(s) that need DG declaration form, Fluoryx Lab adds a hazardous shipping charge to your order. Please make sure to add the hazardous shipping charge (on the product page for hazardous materials) to your cart when you are ordering the product.
